Pawzel Shipping Information

At Pawzel we’re proud to offer free shipping on every order—no minimums, no surprises. You’ll receive an order confirmation right away and a tracking number once your parcel ships. For any questions, email support@pawzel.com.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery windows below refer to time after your order has shipped. Actual timing depends on your location and local carriers.

🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

Please note: carrier backlogs, holidays, weather, and customs inspections can delay transit and tracking updates. International shipments may encounter unexpected customs delays.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct address at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@pawzel.com within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to update it. For system-detected address issues, we may email you to verify details within 3 business days; if we don’t receive a reply, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Delayed Delivery

We work to keep orders moving, but some delays are outside our control (carrier disruptions, weather events, customs, high-volume periods). We’ll monitor your shipment and share any available updates, but exact delivery dates can’t be guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, it is in transit custody. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package—or tracking stalls—please contact the carrier to open a claim, then email us at support@pawzel.com with your order number. While Pawzel isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist with the claim and may offer a replacement when appropriate.
