Pawzel's Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Pawzel, we’re committed to providing products that redirect destructive chewing, reduce boredom, and encourage safe, natural play for cats. We believe in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@pawzel.com.
Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to modify it. If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll see benefits, and we encourage a minimum 14-day try to experience them. If you’re still unhappy, you may return your items after day 14 and within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Cosmetic issues to packaging that occur during transit (e.g., dented boxes) are not considered damage if the product is unaffected.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@pawzel.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim for timely delivery, but we cannot be responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier issues, customs, weather, or other transit factors. For delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not the responsibility of Pawzel.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, you may not be entitled to a resend or refund.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It’s the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version before purchase. By buying and using Pawzel products, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
